About Us
The Bellevue Police Community Foundation, established in 2005, promotes philanthropy to make Bellevue, Nebraska a better place to live. The Foundation strengthens the community by providing grants and management assistance to nonprofits, by bringing community leaders together to address the local needs, and by offering personalized charitable giving services to their donors.
The assets of the fund are released back to the community of Bellevue in the form of grants approved in accordance with our grant-making policies. Thee grants will be used to support programs and activities that are focused on crime prevention, public safety, youth and community policing. These grants will not be used to pay salaries of permanent employees but should be used to fund other expenses associated with these programs.
