Never before has safety been such a hallmark issue among Nebraska's cities and towns. The incidents of crime and violence in our communities, has inspired a national resilience...and nowhere is this resilience more evident than in Bellevue, Nebraska.
Empowering a community to promote public safety requires a spirited partnership between the public and private sectors. Bellevue's law enforcement officials, community organizations, places of worship, educational institutions, service clubs, healthcare facilities, and stakeholders in safety must come together with collective resolve to build a safe community.
It is in this spirit that the Bellevue Police Community Foundation was founded in 2005.
There is no paid staff within this foundation. All events, fundraising and membership recruitment is facilitated by our Board of Directors. This board is comprised of community leaders from the City of Bellevue, Nebraska.
